Rescheduling your appointment: If you feel sick and your appointment at the U.S. Embassy in Oslo is in the near future, we kindly ask that you consider rescheduling your appointment. For the safety and health of our consular visitors and embassy staff, please be aware that you may not be allowed entry to the embassy if exhibiting contagious symptoms. Therefore, rescheduling your appointment in advance may be a better option if you are experiencing symptoms of the flu.
For U.S. citizen services, you can reschedule your appointment via our online booking tool. You may also send an email to OsloACS@state.gov, and we will be happy to assist with rescheduling your appointment.
For visa services, your appointment can easily be rescheduled via your profile on the visa service center website. This can be done free of charge, and your visa application fee is valid for one year in the country where it was paid. You may also contact our visa service center via telephone +47 23 96 05 55 or email support-Norway@ustraveldocs.com for assistance.
