To report the death of a beneficiary, you may

• Send an e-mail to fbu.oslo@ssa.gov
• Write to the Federal Benefits Unit at the American Embassy:
  Federal Benefits Unit, PO Box 4075 AMB, 0244 Oslo, Norway

Please identify yourself and furnish the deceased beneficiary’s claim number and date of death. It would also be very useful to know the names and contact information for the next of kin.
