November 8 Resumption of Travel to the U.S.
The United States has announced a new global air travel policy prioritizing public health and protecting U.S. citizens, residents, and visitors. Effective November 8, all foreign nationals traveling to the United States must be fully vaccinated and provide CDC-accepted proof of their vaccination status before boarding a U.S.-bound aircraft (with very restricted exceptions).
Effective December 6, all inbound air travelers aged two or older, regardless of nationality or vaccination status, are required to provide proof of a negative COVID-19 viral test (PCR, antigen, or certain at-home tests) taken within one calendar day prior to departure, or documentation of recovery in the past 90 days.
