Message for U.S. Citizens: Town Hall Meeting in Bergen

U.S. Citizens are invited to join a
Town Hall Meeting in Bergen
Monday, October 18, 2021, from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

All U.S. citizens in the Bergen area are welcome to join the U.S. Embassy Chargé d’Affaires ad interim, Sharon Hudson-Dean, at a Town Hall Meeting on October 18 at 6:30 p.m.  Ms. Hudson-Dean will discuss topics of interest to the U.S. citizen community followed by a question and answer session. The Chief of the Embassy’s Consular Section will give an overview of consular services and answer general questions.  Please note that consular services and individual appointments will be offered at a separate consular event the following day.  (Passport applications and Citizenship services, for example, will not be processed during the Town Hall.)

This event will take place in Bergen and is exclusively for United States citizens.  Attendees must show their U.S. passports to be admitted. Location details will be provided following receipt of your registration email.  Family members are welcome but space is limited; all interested U.S. citizens are requested to register as soon as possible with your full name and the names of any family members who will attend. Please register by email to OsloACS@state.gov with “Town Hall Meeting” as the subject line.  If you have a question or topic to be addressed by embassy representatives, please include it in your email.

For any questions, please write to OsloACS@state.gov.  We look forward to seeing you in Bergen!
