The IRC also provides personalized alert services on topics relating to U.S. policy and topical issues. If you need assistance from the IRC in connection with your work, please send an email to osloIRC@state.gov.

Limitations

• The IRC does not answer queries about visas to the United States or about other consular matters. For consular information, please check the Consular pages of our website.
• The IRC does not answer any questions regarding ESTA, all questions concerning ESTA should be directed to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
