Public Affairs Section

The Public Affairs Section (office for press, culture, and educational affairs) works to promote people-to-people ties between the United States and Norway. To accomplish this, the Section advocates and explains U.S. policies to Norwegian opinion- and decision makers; manages press relations with the Norwegian media;  encourages educational exchange for students and promotes professional exchanges among Norwegians and Americans; and supports the work of the Norway Fulbright Commission to strengthen educational links between the U.S. and Norway.
